Regan is, first and foremost, a student of the human experience. She is a Reiki master, tarot reader, educator, and deep listener who helps people hear the truth beneath the noise. She lays the cards to offer perspective and reflection, helping you recognize what you may already know but have struggled to name.

As an educator, Regan has worked with people across a wide range of ages, experiences, and ways of learning. Her teaching has taken many forms: public speaking, classroom instruction, intimate circles, large group facilitation, coaching, and consulting. She also brings years of experience in event planning, guiding teams with care, and helping people and organizations navigate transitions.

Regan's professional life has moved through nonprofits, startups, corporations, schools, and government organizations. She holds master's degrees in English Literature and Higher Education Policy Studies. That breadth gives her more than one way to meet a person: she can ask the thoughtful question, help make sense of a complicated situation, or simply sit with you while the words come. For decades, Regan has paired her teaching with intuitive work and the practice of bearing witness when life changes shape. Through conversation and guided writing, she helps people give language to what they are experiencing. She listens deeply, reflects back what you most need to hear, and stands beside you as a fierce ally.
